REC: chicken Taco Salad

Pam nonstick spray
1 pound boneless skinless chicken tenders
1/2 green bell pepper, cut up into small pieces
1/2 white onion, cut up into small pieces
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 tomato, chopped into pieces
1 green onion, chopped into small pieces (scallions)
1 package Taco Bell Mild Taco Seasoning
Kraft Light Done right! Cucumber Ranch Salad Dressing
Taco Bell Salsa

Spray frying pan with Pam. Put chicken, bell pepper and white onion in the frying pan or skillet. Cover and cook on medium low heat for about 8 minutes. Turn and stir veggies in pan once.

In the meantime cut up lettuce, tomato, and green onion. When chicken is tender cut up into chunks or shred. Add taco seasoning and cook according to package directions. Top veggie salad with hot taco mixture, top with salad dressing and salsa. Enjoy!
