Cowboy Carrots

3 c. mashed cooked carrots
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
3/4 c. grated sharp cheddar
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. grated onion
1 t. salt
1/4 t. hot red pepper sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 (10 oz) pkgs. peas, steamed

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine carrots, cracker crumbs, milk, cheese, butter, onion, salt, pepper sauce, & Worcestershire sauce in bowl & mix well. Fold in eggs. Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. ring mold. Bake 40-45 min. or until firm. Unmold onto platter. Fill center w/steamed peas. Serve 10-12
