Creamed Corn with Rice Casserole

Creamed Corn with Rice Casserole

2 cans (17 oz. each) cream style corn
1 cup MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into greased 9-inch square baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
