Frizzled Onions

2 T. oil
3 large onions, sliced
1 T. cider vinegar
3/4 t. salt
1/4 t. sugar
1/8 t. pepper

Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add remaining ingredients. Cook about 10 minutes until onions are translucent. Serve as a topping to meat, sandwiches or poultry.
