Cold and Creamy Sweet Corn Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen corn kernels
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper or to taste
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and toss gently. Serve immediately.
