I got this recipe off the boards several years ago and it's a keeper. This should count for lobster day, right? LOL

Red Lobster's Cheese Biscuits

2 cups flour -- plus 3-4 tablespoons
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons sugar
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
non-stick cooking spray (I prefer butter flavor)
garlic salt

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, baking powder, salt, milk, mayo and sugar and blend on medium speed until moistened. Work in 3 to 4 more tbls of the flour until the dough is thick enough to hold its shape. Add the cheese to the bowl and work into the dough well by hand. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet. Spray the top of each biscuit with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Immediately after removing from oven, spray lightly with cooking spray and lightly dust with garlic salt. Serve promptly. These freeze well for about 3 months.
