Parmesan Tomatoes

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. lemon zest
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 medium tomatoes

In a small bowl; combine mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juce, lemon zest, onion and garlic. Blend thoroughly.

Cut tomatoes in half and scoop out excess seeds. Place cut side up on baking sheet. Place 1 tablespoon (15 ml) mayonnaise mixture in tomato halves.

Place tomatoes under preheated broiler for approximately 5 minutes or until tops are nicely browned.
