Spinach Casserole

Ingredients:

3 packages frozen chopped spinach
1 pint sour cream
1 package dry onion soup
Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix, to taste

Cook spinach per package directions. Mix spinach with the sour cream and onion soup. Put in a buttered casserole and top with the Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
