Cabbage and Spinach Noodles

Small head of cabbage, shredded
1 grated carrot
1/2 lb. bacon
1 package spinach noodles, cooked and drained
Small onion, diced
Salt Pepper

Cook bacon till crisp; drain, reserving drippings; set aside. In the drippings cook shredded cabbage till crisp-tender; add cooked spinach noodles, grated carrot, diced onion, salt and pepper (to taste.) Mix well; heat thoroughly. Add crumbled bacon and mix just before serving.

Notes: This dish is so good, people go back for thirds, and it is even better the next day. It is also good without the noodles.
