New Potatoes and Chives
1 lb small new potatoes, scrubbed
1-2 cups water
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp butter
1 Tbsp fresh chives
salt and pepper to taste
Peel a strip around center of each potato. In saucepan, combine water, potatoes, and slat. Cover. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 20-25 mintues.
