Veggies and Bow Ties with Pesto

12 oz bow tie pasta
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 pound green beans or asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
1 yellow pepper, cored and diced
1 small zucchini, trimmed, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/4 inch half moons
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1/2 cup prepared basil pesto
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 tsp salt

Bring a pot of salted water to boiling. Add bow ties and cook following package directions. Drain. Heat oil in a skillet. Add beans and pepper, cook 5 min. Add zucchini and garlic, cook 2 min.

Stir in pesto and cream, cook 1 min. Stir in tomatoes and salt and remove from heat. Add cooked bow ties to sauce and toss to combine. Divide into bowls and serve. MAKES 6 SERVINGS.*
