Sausage Pilaf

2 lbs. bulk sausage
2 3/4 c. milk
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. rice, uncooked
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 T. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cans cream soup (celery or mushroom)


Brown sausage and drain off excess fat. Add celery, onion and green peppers. Stir in milk, soup, rice and seasoning. Bake for 50 minutes, covered, and 30 minutes, uncovered on 350°.
