Campfire Potatoes
4 to 6 servings

5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. chicken broth

Place the potatoes and onion on a large piece of heavy-duty foil (about 20x20 inches); dot with butter.

Combine the cheese, parsley, Worcestersire sauce, salt and pepper; sprinkle over potatoes. Fold foil up around potatoes and add broth. Seal the edges of foil well.

Grill, covered, over medium coals for 35 to 40 m inutes or until potatoes are tender.


Life is too short to eat fat-free cheese!
