Easy Scalloped Corn

Scalloped Corn

2 (14.75 oz) cans cream-style corn
1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine corn, crackers and egg. Mix and pour into small baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
