Spinach Casserole

Spinach Casserole

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz)
1 stick butter, divided in half
Salt and pepper (cayenne) to taste
1 cup Pepperidge farm herb stuffing

Cook spinach as pkg. directs. Drain and add softened cream cheese and 1/2 stick butter. Mix well and season in casserole; Cover with herb stuffing to form a top crust. Pour on the remaining butter, melted. Bake in 350 oven for 20 to 30 minutes until thoroughly hot. Serves 6
