Cornbread Casserole
1/4 pound butter, melted
1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn
1 (15 oz) can creamed corn
1 (8.5 oz) pkg corn bread mix
1 oz sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine butter, whole corn, cream corn, corn muffing mix and sour cream. Fold all ingredients together, pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Bake 1 hour.
