Getting something to taste good while using onion is an oxymoron.
Tracy, no they don't, they're sweet and lovely.
I have to say these will GO GREAT with steak or any red meat.
Although some of you onion-lovers must SMELL pretty offensive! :-)
Tracy is right - all in good fun, Carla.... We trust that no matter how things come across in type, the intention is never meant to be rude or mean!
Thank Goodness....I was starting to worry.
Now thems fightin' words...did you just say we stink??!! ROFL
Hey Chrissy... you just stopping by to take a leek? Oh, I guess, you are LEAVING a leek... or two...
Leeks are a less offensive member of the family, but not quite as innocuous as a shallot.....
Which reminds me of DHs favorite joke of late....
How do you catch a polar bear?
You drill a hole in the ice and open a can of peas. Make a nice line of peas around the hole, then when the polar bear comes to take a pea, you kick him in the ice hole......
