Cheesy Onion Broccoli
1 bunch broccoli
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 envelope onion soup mix
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Steam broccoli until desired doneness is reached, about 7 minutes. Drain; put in 1 quart baking dish. Pour butter, onion soup mix and lemon juice over top. top with cheese, cover with foil and put under broiler until cheese melts, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve at once. Serves 2 to 4
