Pasta Lutanesca

1/4 cup olive oil
6 medium cloves garlic, crushed
1 can chopped tomatoes, 28 oz
1 T. dried oregano basil and sugar
1 t. salt and pepper
small can chopped olives
Pasta (spaghetti or linguini)

Cook pasta in boiling water. Heat oil over med heat. Add garlic and sauté about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, stir in remaining ingredients. Boil gently, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over pasta. Serves 4 to 6
