Need Help! Dairy Free Side Dish?

I am in charge of a side dish for my Mom's surprise bday celebration this weekend and was just told it needs to be dairy free (my SIL is BFing).


I'm not a very good cook, so I need something easy but delicious...any advice??


Main Course is Beef Tenderloin - Party of 12 (ages 2 - 61)
