I guess this could go in the 3 ingredients or less, too... LOL!

Ham and Scallion Rolls

(this is one of those recipes that I just make, don't have amounts for)

Deli sliced ham (not thin sliced)

Cream cheese (softened)

Scallions

Trim edges and white ends off scallions. Lay one piece of ham on surface and spread with cream cheese (about 1/8 in.). Lay scallion on one side of ham and roll it up in the ham slice. Repeat with all slices of ham.

Chill rolls for about one hour in refrigerator. Slice rolls into 1/4" - 1/2" slices (like a jelly roll). Serve on a platter.

***Something about the combination of ham, onion and smooth cream cheese makes these so irresistable. They are easy finger foods, but you could serve with toothpicks if you want. When I make these, people can't stay away from the platter!

Thanks, cgirl. This sounds really good and I think it will look great on a platter with the celery cruch swirls. Just printed it out and will give it a try.
