1 c. barbecue sauce
3/4 t. ground mustard
3/4 t. garlic salt
1/4 t. ground cloves
1 lb. thinly sliced fully cooked ham (like from the deli)

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

To assemble:
Place a lettuce leaf, sliced tomato, onion slice and a slice of Swiss cheese on a hoagie or submarine bun and top with ham mixture.


Life is too short to eat fat-free cheese!
