Pineapple Cottage Cheese Salad
1 small pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. cottage cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add other ingredients. Pour into mold and chill.
