We have a huge field beside our home and 7 empty acres next to our home and every time a tiny wind gust comes along it looks like it's snowing because of the dandelion fuzzies.

We get that with cottonwood tree fuzzies around here. They actually pile up in corners on the deck and stick to the door mats...hard to clean it all up!

We leave our garage door open all day and that's where they pile up. I just mentioned to DH a little while ago that he'd better get prepared to sweep it out.

I'd like to say I feel sorry for you, but considering it is only in the 60's and cloudy and our plants are just barely taking off I don't. LOL I will feel bad when the heat starts kicking in during the summer though! I know it gets pretty hot over by you.

Yes, it will get super hot here soon so I'm really enjoying the 80 degree weather.

Thanks, Erin.

There's not as much of the stuff flying around today but a huge majority of it now sits in my garage. We figured we'd sweep once it calmed down. It looks like tiny snow drifts out there. ;o)

The last couple of days have been in the 70's here which I think is kinda unusal for MI - but it is so nice! I have been loving it - especially when I get done with work for the day and I can take off the t-tops and enjoy the sun! But I can sense the alergy season is going to be soon upon us as my nose got a little sniffly once I was outside.

I think the worst of our pollen season is behind us.

Hi Amy!

It's been like that too out here in PA, except that our "snow" is pink and white flower petals from trees, along with the greenish-yellow haze on our cars and such due to tree pollen.

If you find out how they control them I hope you will share. :o)

They are everywhere here!
