That is a very cool idea. I have never really tried saving any seeds other than some from pumpkins. Do you have any tips on saving seeds for us? How to prepare them etc.

My only advise for saving seeds is to spread them out on a tray to completely dry before you store them. Then put your seeds into envelopes, name them, date them, and store them in a cool place.
