Last week I received an azalea bonsai plant from FTD. Unfortunately, it came with no cultural instructions. So I called FTD and asked them how to care for my plant. The customer service lady told me that they do not have any cultural information for the plants that they deliver. She said that FTD only sells plants, they do not grow them. Yes they should send instructions with every plant.
