Remember to mulch your tomatos as soon as you plant them. It will reduce diseases caused by soil splashing on the leaves. Bark, wood chips, leaves, straw, saw dust and grass clippings all work well.

Thanks for that tip.
I've wondered why the bottom leaves always look so shabby.
I'm going to have to put some mulch on them asap.

Looks like I will be busy tomorrow mulching. I have some moldy hay that will be perfect for this use. Thanks!
