I'm reading Eragon by Christopher Paolini. It's hard to believe it was written by a 15 year old. The kids at school are very impressed that I'm reading it. One of them told me today that he's read it 6 times.

I just got done reading Good Grief by Lolly Winston this morning. I hope to start Talk Before Sleep by Elizabeth Berg tonight. She's been on my TBR authors list for a while.
I'm not real sure about what Talk Before Sleep is about right now. I know it's about 2 friends that become even closer when a tragedy strikes. I can't wait to dig into it and find out more.
Good Morning, Tammy!
Thanks for the review of Good Grief on the board.
I just finished Revenge of the Manitou, by Graham Masterton last night.
Teri,
Interesting that you mention the beauty of Elizabeth Berg's covers as many times I've stared at them with the same feelings.
I've been off-line for a week and it looks like it may be another few days. I had to send my laptop in for repairs and that will take 2 weeks. I also have a desktop computer that won't recognize my monitor. I have it all hooked up correctly and I'm getting no picture. So I have that in being looked at too. Hopefully, I'll get that back in a day or two. So I borrowed my son's for the day so I could get some things done. In the meantime, I've been reading alot.
I am about 3/4 through Jodi Picoult's 'Plain Truth'. It is about an Amish girl and her arrest for the death of a newborn. Very good book. It reminds me of a book I read many years ago called, 'Unholy Child'. I don't remember the author, but it was the basis of a movie called, 'Agnes of God', about a nun who is accused of killing her newborn baby. I think I will start 'The Other Boleyn Girl' when I finish this one.
Mary,
Thanks for the tip about a new Eliz. Berg book...off I go to google and get a post up. :-)
Oh, hi Celeste!
Gosh, I'm so glad to see you here again!
LOL! I'm not running the Jodi Picoult books intentionally, but often when I read an author who is new to me it sparks an interest in seeing what else she/he has written. I did that with the Dean Koontz and
Hi Julie,
