We are in the end stages of our house being built therefore I need some final touches and some very important ones at that.

I like the idea of chocolate brown. Especially if you are using some sort of window panels on the side to "soften" the look. And they would reduce the morning light as well...

Has the recession really led us to make do instead of just throw away?
In these economically challenged times, do you think we need a Repair Manifesto?
What do you do to get yourself out of a style slump?

I agree with you and Carol! If you want your windows to make a statement use the chocolate brown shades. Is there any chocolate brown in your quilt?

I would think these type are the black out kind since they have a foam backing on them and will make the room dark enough for Hubby to sleep.

I haven't picked out panels yet for our windows and I am not sure if I will.
