Food, Ethics, and the Environment

Princeton University held a conference on some of the issues that we discuss here: organics, local food, genetically modified. They recorded it and you can listen to it or download it at the link below. I found it really interesting. The authors of Fastfood Nation and The Omnivore's Dilemma were there.
