In this "dow' real estate market, are you...
- less likely to remodel your kitchen

Ooops! That should say "down" real estate market!
Anyway, I vote that the market doesn't influence my plans as we aren't looking at selling in the near future. This is, I hope, our last house.

This site described three kinds of edging (wooden being the simplest, overlapping which is better for marbel or other soft stones, and bullnose which requires a professional grinding job):

Looks like to do a good job we have to lay plywood down, then hardy backer and screw and tape these to the counter top first. Once I get the tile picked out our tile friend is going to do it for us. He has a diamond saw to cut it and all.
