I'm right smack dab in the middle of Stephen King's Dark Tower Series. King is normally considered horror, but while this is suspenseful, it's not so much "Scary". There are creepy parts, sad parts, some that are rather funny. Vintage King. And it is awesome.
I'm getting ready to start Song Susannah.

I have several series going. Women of Genesis by Orson Scott Card, 3 books so far, one more to go. This is self explanatory Hearts of the Children by Dean Hughes, about a Mormon in the 60's. It is sequel series to Children of the Promise about the same family during WWII. They both 5 books, the last of which should be out soon. House of Israel by Robert Marcum, about a Jewish/Mormon family in the brand new state of Israel just after WWII. 3 books so far I still have the 3rd one to read. Earth's Children by Jean Auel about Neanderthal and Cro Magnans. 5 books so far and I think one more to go but they are not very fast in coming. Eragon, a fantasy with dragons, the 1st in a trilogy. And Harry Potter of course. It is always exciting when a new book in a series comes out. They usually jump to the top of my TBR list.

Oh, I read it ages ago. Actually I don't agree with that interpretation of Hamlet but it didn't lessen my enjoyment of the book at all.

Good question! I am caught up on several series. I've finished the Dark Tower series by Stephen King. I just loved it, but still have a few issues with the ending. To me that's always one of King's weakest points. I am frequently disappointed in his endings. Anyway, the series itself is great! Now I need to go back and read some of his books that aren't a part of the series, but have Dark Tower references. I'm also caught up on the Stephanie Plum series. Can't wait for 11 to come out! I put my name on the wait list at the library, and I'm 23rd. It doesn't come out until June. Holy cow!

1) The Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich. Every June I wait anxiously for the next one to come out.

2) The Goldie Bear series by Diane Mott Davidson.

3) the series by Kathy Reichs, Lisa Scottoline, Jeffrey Deaver, Marcia Muller, Perri O'Shaugnasy, J.A. Jance & Fay Kellerman - all of whom have new books coming in the next few months. How will I ever stay caught up?!?
