I just finished The Hallowed Hunt by Lois McMaster Bujold...it was the last in a trilogy all set in the same fantasy world (but not a continuation of the character storylines in the first two). It was okay, but the first one was the best and the second one was better than this one.
I am currently reading "The Way the Crow Flies" by Ann-Marie McDonald. It's a good book but she gives you much more information than necessary with her writing style. I'm about half way through (the book is 700 pages) and am just getting into it! Anybody here read it? Comments? Sue
I'm currently reading Wallace Stroby's new mystery "The Heartbreak Lounge". If you haven't heard of him or about his first book "The Barbed Wire Kiss", then you're in for some terrific reading. His main character is Harry Rane, a former Pennsyvania state trooper turned private investigator. One of the best reviews and comments about Wallace Stroby and his books is from Bookreporter. If you click below, it'll tell about the author, the books and how exciting the Harry Rane novels are. Yeah, you could term it hardboiled but the guy's got a heart and it's hard to put the books down.

I'm just finishing up the second book in Nora Robert's
Specimen Days by Michael Cunningham, author of the very wonderful The Hours.
I finished the first part of it today and it's really good.
