I used to love Judy Blume.Maurice Sendak is that the same author that wrote the little bear books?

I remember reading The Chocolate War in High School way back when. I remember liking it, but it was pretty violent. I have no idea why it would be up for censorship, though. A lot of the books on the lists that come out make no sense to me anyway. I still don't get what the big deal was about Catcher in the Rye.
