C.J. Box's "Out of Range" and Tori Carrington's "Sophie Metropolis" - both mysteries.

I'm so glad you're enjoying it Teri! It's one of my favorites. The Walsh family is a hoot. The other two books by Keyes that include the Walsh family are Angels and Rachel's Holiday. They each focus on a different sister. Angels was very good, but Rachel's Holiday was fabulous! I put it up there with Watermelon as my two favorite by Keyes. I still have several of her books to read and am really looking forward to them. Can't wait to here what you think when you've finished. I've grown so fond of Watermelon that I've taken to giving that book to friends who are going through a hard time and need a good laugh:0)

Scrappy and Teri...

Have either of you read Lucy Sullivan is Getting Married by Marian Keyes? I loved it...it's really cute. I also loved Watermelon and Sushi for Beginners.

I finished The Falls by Joyce Carol Oates last weekend and really enjoyed it. It was the first novel by JCO that I've read...I might have to dig up a copy of We Were The Mulvaneys sometime! lol

I started In Her Shoes by Jennifer Weiner earlier this week and I'm almost finished. I needed a quick, easy read and I'm enjoying it. I saw the movie Friday night...before finishing the book! GASP!...and it was really good!

And, I'm into three audio books right now. I bought an iPod a few weeks ago and have downloaded from Audible.com...Pride and Predjudice, Good in Bed (Jennifer Weiner), and Confessions of a Shopaholic (Sophie Kinsella). The iPod is amazing...you can pause the book and go on to something else (listening to music or another audio book), and come back to it any time. I'm about 2 hours into P&P (12 hours long), about 30 minutes into Good in Bed (5 hours total), and about an hour into Shopaholic (I think 10 hours). Great to listen to them on the Subway! Only problem is when I laugh out loud! Everyone looks at me...I think I turn about 30 shades of red when I blush! ;)

Hi Jenn! Lucy Sullivan, Sushi for Beginners and The Other Side of the Story are the 3 Keyes books that I haven't read. I went to the used book store a couple of months ago and they had all the Keyes books in paperback. I grabbed those quickly and am going to slowly work my way through them. They are so perfect for a light, fun pick-me-up:0
