Is your TBR pile getting smaller or for every book you read are you adding at least two more? How about those who are doing the 26 New to me Authors? Which letters did you cross off this month.
What are you reading this week?

I am still reading Hideaway by Dean Koontz. It's really interesting just haveb't had the time to read much this month.
Classiwick -- Mentioning Firestorm reminded me of another book with

<I think my TBR list just keeps getting longer & longer. I think the only way to avoid it would be to stay off these boards for a couple of months & even then, I'd be getting ideas from other sources. ;-)
I seem to keep hitting a lot of the same letters over & over, although they're still new to me authors. New this month are:
Broadbent, Tony - "Smoke"
de los Santos, Maria - "Love Walked In" (my favorite for the month!)
Eames, Andrew - "The 8:55 to Baghdad (n/f)
Keyes, Marion - "Watermelon"
Kurzweil, Allen - "The Grand Complication"
Right now I'm reading "The Camel Club" by David Baldacci. I was having problems getting into it this weekend, but I was so tired from my allergies it was hard to concentrate. It's getting interesting now though. I really like his books normally, so I think it was me, not the book.

I don't really have a TBR list per se. I have a "wish" list of when new books that I want to eventually add to my collection are coming out at Amazon, but that's about it.
I did however make a library trip the other day.
FINALLY finally finally got King's Cell, King's Running Man, and King's Long Walk off hold. Now just waiting for Forever Odd! Picked the books up yesterday and started Cell this am. I am about halfway through.....great read!
Other library reads this week:
M J Davidson's Undead And Unemployed. Funny!
Charlaine Harris' Club Dead and Living Dead In Dallas. I particularly liked Club Dead. You can have Bill the Vamp and Eric the Vamp; that Alcide the Were is who I'm rooting for Sookie to take up with.
Kate Collins' Slay It With Flowers and Dearly DePotted. Fast and fun reads, and Marco the bartender is a hunk.
Gwen Hunter's Delayed Diagnosis, Deadly Remedy and Grave Concerns (all mystery/thrillers with Dr Rhea Lynch as the doctor/detective heroine in them.....Delayed Diagnosis was actually quite good, I didn't figure out until the actual ending who the criminal was. Haven't read the other two yet.) and Tess Gerritsen's Bloodsteam (another medical suspense novel; the heroine in this one is Dr Claire Elliott.)
Also still to read from the library, a sci fi book, CJ Cherryh's latest in the Foreigner saga. This one's called Pretender.
Isabel Allende's Zorro.
Sally Gunning's The Widow's War.
By A Lady by Amanda Elyot. (Looks like a time travel romance to me.)
The Passion Of Mary Magdalene by Elizabeth Cunningham. (This is a thick book, 620 pages and it's small print too, LOL. Better start reading this one sooner than later, as it's due back April 15th!
All of these authors except King, Harris, Davidson, Cherryh, and Gerritsen are new authors to me.
Hi Liz ~
Re: Love Walked In
"Loved Walked In" by Maria de los Santos was an excellent read-especially for a first book. I guess it was on the Fiction Lovers Board that we've been talking about it. It seemed like typical "chick-lit" to start, but just grew into so much more. Here's a link to it: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0525949178/qid=1143506851/sr=2-1/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_1/002-8707269-5242450?s=books&v=glance&n=283155
"For Love or Country" by Kerrely Sparks was enjoyable. I'd probably try another by her.
I had a little trouble with "Watermelon" by Marian Keyes at first. I wasn't really liking the character of Claire too much. But I stuck with it & she & her family really grew on me. In fact, I'm looking forward to reading the next book about them.
