Stupid lace!

I ripped the whole thing out last night and started again. I had about 2 inches done and that's a lot when you're talking lace knitting! I ended up having to go into the living room by myself and then DH came in to ask why I was sitting all by myself instead of being in the den. I told him I needed to concentrate and the baseball game screwed me up. I got up early this morning and did a couple more rows and it's going beter now. Ok, vent is over.:)

Oh my goodness! {{{HUGS}}} Your post title just cracked me up! I'm glad that you were able to make some progress. I don't like patterns with too much counting and too much concentration. I'm a mindless crocheter.

Wow! I just looked at a picture of the scarf you are making on the Knitty website and it's gorgeous! I can't believe it's classified as "easy" lace. I think it's going to be worth all the frustration, unraveling, and counting. I can't wait to see your finished project.

Oh I beg to differ Heather! If you could do the yarn overs and knit two togethers for that phallic bag then you can do this too! Just read the directions and you'll see you can! There are just knit three together's, what's one more loop???
