I would say I am about 1/2 done.. I decided to crochet dd an afghan for her room. The pattern is supposed to be quick.It uses both a p and a q hook.

How are those Christmas gifts coming? Do you think you'll be done in time? - No Christmas gifts in the Yarn arts department. I was working on a Christmas Start ornament but I keep messing up so I'm going to find some help from my old knitting lady.

If you aren't working on any Christmas gifts right now, how are your WIPs going? Have you run into any hurdles with them? - The Ripple Shawl is getting longer but still have a ways to go. I've tried knitting socks but I can't understand the pattern, yet another thing I will have to ask my knitting lady. I've been wanting to work on a red scarf for myself in chunky soft yarn but so far the yarn just gazes at me in the bedroom. ;)

No gifts, and I've completely stalled out on my WIPs.

I started a small cross-stitched palm tree that matches my bathroom decor and finsihed two more swap ornaments but othewise, my rotation has languished...

And that isn't likely to change soon since I signed up for a round robin and have to get my part of the circuit ready to mail by January 20 (and be ready to stitch, in turn, on five or six others coming in at 6 week intervals!).
