Okay, I admit I have not really searched alot, but in between things I have been looking for a cute baby blanket, bottle warmner, etc.. I use the search engines and I end up at .coms selling patterns. Okay, I was born confused and cheap. That being established. Could I ask some help from this board's members on some sites with free pattens. I heard that the Lion brand homespun for babies was nice. Then I had also heard it sheds. Any input and suggestions would be sooooo appreciated. Thanks to all. : ) Mary

I have used Homespun, but it wasnt the babies version. I did not like it at all. I was in the midst of trying to do 3 things new at once, including the yarn. While using the homespun, it kept shredding, so I was not having a good time with it. I am going to try to use it one more time tho, to see if it was

Thanks for posting those links and telling me about the experience with the Homespun Baby yarn. I guess it is not the best to use. I felt so lazy asking for help in finding sites. I would put the search in on google and lo and behold I would go to some of the links and it was not even craft sites half the time, ha ha. I do appreciate it. Thanks again. : ) Mary

I know there are definanatly more sites, but I dont remember where, and I am like you, I hate to put something in to search, and not get what I want. I was looking for a place recently and got everywhere BUT there. I know exactly what you mean.

Hi Heather! Nice to hear from you. I am going to scoot over to that site now. Thanks so much. I did get a couple cute patterns from Lion Brand today via their email newsletter. It is a Bunny Blanket Buddy. Looks different to make for a gift. It is made from Velvetspun yarn, have to go scope it out at our Michaels store. Thanks again, hope you are feeling well. : ) Mary
