Please can you tell me -What does skpo mean? It is in directions for stars which i was hoping to start to cover some wool joins in a triangular shawl which will be double thickness

That is marvellous to learn that right away now so i will not be worrying about that part of project .Have to cut down on stress you see otherwise i get swollen legs !but I

SSK is a decrease. You slip two stitches from the left needle to the right needle and then knit them together through the back loop. This should help.

That ia an amazing link -just what i had become so confused about having tried skpo on decreases of shawl .Anyway have finished the shawl but last round of star all stitches slipped off so had to pick them up quite deeply down star -so one star will do =not so marvellous
