How stressful is your life right now?

"Other" as usual..LOL! My life is stress free on a daily basis..so nice! If something is going wrong in my kids or grandloves lives, I'll stress over that until I fix the problem..::wink::..but that doesn't happen too often, so my days are pretty relaxing.

Oh, just thought of other times when I stress out..when we're going someplace and are running late! Hate that!! Most of the time it's my fault too! I get going along okay and then something happens..the phone rings..I discover a spot on my shirt and have to figure out a different outfit..I poke myself in the eye with mascara..J has to run back into the house because he forgot to put his hearing aids in..I have to run back into the house because I forgot my cell phone..stuff like that! As soon as we get to where we're going, though, and I discover that we're not late at all, I'm good. I always try to get places a bit early, so that allows for when I think I might be late.

I try to keep stress out of my life as much as I possibly can. Not an easy feat either. I was stressed a couple of weeks ago without realizing it until I noticed my right jaw was tender and it dawned on me that I was waking up with my teeth clenched.

This week, calm. . .peaceful. . .clench-free sleep.
