Have U ever used an exercise ball?

Exercize or stability balls ....    I had the opportunity to use one for my knee PT and I have to admit I liked it alot.  Easy to use & FUN to use.  (Storage is perhaps a bit problematic but .... LOL).   Many office workers over here use it as their chair at their desk, as it keeps your posture correct and keeps you in motion while working.

Do you have an exercize ball, ever used one?
Would you even consider it?
