Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise you did .. any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.
Healthy diet choices you made, or didn't make!
Water is so important especially with warmer weather on the way. Did you drink enough?
Diet Plan if applicable:For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Oh, good, another week to get it right! Whew..I needed that..LOL!!
Exercise:
I could not do my normal walks for the last 2 days because of back ailments, but I did some raking and car washing. It's not quite as hard on my back.
Donna and Cissy are doing AOK so far
I messed up big time on Sunday.
sounds like a plan to me Donna,,,,
your food tip............... does that mean
well I did come looking, but not for ice cream.
That's right, no ice cream!! LOL
As far as going for walks, raking leaves, sweeping, etc., Suzan, I pay for it each time. I have chronic back pain that is exacerbated with those activities. But, I can't just sit around like a lump either. I do those things to help me......supposedly LOL.
For instance, 3 or 4 days ago I went for my usual walk. I've been paying for it ever since. I haven't been able to do those walks like I normall do because lower back pain will not leave! ARRGGHH.......even pain meds don't help. Just gotta ride it out. Frustrating :-P
