Wow, Donna! Unbelievable! When I was in my 50's, my scoliosis which was fairly mild, began to curve MORE and caused me so much pain, I could walk only short distances before having to sit.

In 2000, I had back surgery to straighten my spine somewhat, then FUSE it. I have two Harrington Rod down my spine. But, man, it took away ALL the pain. I was in heaven until I went to work for the post office in 2005. Lots of lifting, etc. It screwed up my back once again.

Suzan, it is unusual for men to have Scolisis. Personally, i hate it. I am conscience of it every day of my life. I guess because of the pain I have so often. :::rasberries::
