Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise you did .. any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.
Healthy diet choices you made, or didn't make!
Water is so important especially with warmer weather on the way. Did you drink enough?

Why are you changing Shelby's food,,, well buy a small pack in case he sticks up his nose at it....

we ran out of fruit and i need to get out and get some. maybe tomorrow with aj? waiting on the dr call. sol have been staying close to the phone.
just doing the positions in belly dancing so far. today just hanged!
Water is a fav in warmer months, just not so much in cooler months. I'm not having a problem with it now. I've also begun ordering it in restaurants with no ice and no lemon so I can drink more of it without having to sip it. As for the lemon, I just don't care for it in water unless I add Splenda and turn it into lemonade, which I do sometimes too.
Shelby's a girl dog. I'm changing her food because she's been on a special type that I can only buy from the vet. It's made to keep her teeth clean. Now that she's older, though, some of her teeth are worn down and I'm thinking a different type would be easier for her to eat. I also bought Greenies to clean her teeth. I used to get them, but haven't in awhile. Shelby will eat anything, she's never refused to eat anything that I've given her or that she's eaten of other dog's either. I also use dry dog food.
