Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier*
and therefore  *happier*  you!

Exercise you did .. any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening!   All activity counts.
 


Healthy diet choices you made, or didn't make!

 

Water is so important especially with warmer weather on the way.  Did you drink enough? 

 

Diet Plan if applicable:For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

I like plain ole water, room temp in winter and iced in the summer. I also drink Peligrino (Italian mineral water, love that), I'll have that for dinner.


I hate when a restuarant puts a slice of lemon in my water or cola (who knows if that lemon was even washed ) yuck.


I stopped exercizing the knee and it's all better now.

I so agree on lemon in my water in restaurants!! I always wonder if it was washed first and their hands pick it up and put it in your water too..Yuck!! I always order my water with no ice and no lemon.


Wow on you having a scratch mark from that second knee injection!! IDIOT is right!!! Glad it's finally feeling better now. Interesting in how you were walking and how you've been able to change it. I expect that was not easy!

-> Lot of running around this week. My usual exercise in the morning and probably some more yard work tomorrow.

-> I've been pretty good this week and keeping salty stuff to a bare minimum.

-> Enough for what I require.

-> It's been sort of an intense couple of days for various reasons. I am also peeved at the spouse and figure it is best that I do not to talk to him for a few days (screening calls), but I spent some time with my friend across the street today and that made my week.

No it is not easy to walk a different but better way, I've most likely been walking this way since I was little.
