Has your self esteem changed ?

(borrowed from CMamyd over at the stress board. thanks amy )

I was just reading an article that talks about how age and changing rolls may affect how people feel about themselves.  Which got me to wondering, how has your own self-esteem changed over time?  Do you have a better or worse view of yourself now than you did when you were younger?  What things (money, health, relationships, etc) do you feel most affect the way you look at yourself?
