Eating calicum has become more important that ever these days so it seems.
The more dairy products consumed has been know to help with weight loss.
Not to mention helping strengthen our bones.

So for the QOTW ~

Do you eat many dairy products through out the day?
Are you one that does not like dairy products other than ice cream?

Let our *inquiring minds* know :)

One serving a day is not a lot at all.

I don't do that much dairy. Too much in it's milky-forms (milk, ice cream, etc) upset my stomach.

I like dairy, I just don't go out of my way to eat or drink it. I would rather have water than milk. But I do have cheese sometimes on sandwiches or with food..

I also take a supliment that has calcium in it. It makes my nails nice and pretty!

Sorry to hear it upsets your stomach Heather,
However smart & wise to be taking a supplement that has calcium in it.
The recommended dosage is something you make want to double check with your doctor.
Never too soon to be on track with the right amount :)

I do OK w/calcium. I have cereal w/skim milk every weekday, & put skim milk in my coffee at home. I have cheese (sometimes low fat) on my sandwiches sometimes. I have cookies & (skim) milk ENTIRELY too often. And I take a multi-vit. & mineral supplement w/calcium, plus a calcium supplement. And since I've always loved milk, I've always had good calcium intake. Many years ago, I had to stop myself from having milk w/meals, 'cause I would drink too much & fill up on it. LOL

I don't think I go through a day without having dairy! LOL
Does it really help with weight loss, I have not heard that.

NOPE....I am all about dairy... cold glass of milk, cheese, sour cream..bring it on! If I became lactoseintolerent I think I'd starve!! LOL

I have also noticed that when I have more dairy before or during PMS time I am less "moody". I read some where that dairy helps with that so I tried it...have you ever heard that?

:o)
