Eating calicum has become more important that ever these days so it seems.
The more dairy products consumed has been know to help with weight loss.
Not to mention helping strengthen our bones.
So for the QOTW ~
Do you eat many dairy products through out the day?
Are you one that does not like dairy products other than ice cream?
