What are some things on your *always* list? Always feed the dogs LOL!! Always feed the Kiddos!! and always do dishes and laundry lest the mound grow outrageously,
must always.....
have a cleen kitchen, dishes,laundry, sweep floors,water outside plants,
keep bathroom clean,and make meals.
i guess that is my weekend list.

LOL, I have been cleaning our house from top to bottom all weekend! LOL, getting ready for Philip's family from Switz.
Okay, here is my answer:

cat box
trash
laundry
put away clothes
dishes
wash floors
clean kitchen
clean bathroom
vaccume
...that's my weekly list.
This weekend I really went crrzy cleaning....like I took everything out of the cabinets, re-ordered it and washed the walls and the cabinets..LOL...EVERYTHING!
It's crazy how dirty things get and you don't even realize it! Yuck!

The heck with the chores, the dishes can always get washed another day. We always make time for fun. Every night we go out and shoot a few hoops, go for a walk, putter in the garden, just to see whats growing, play a board game (or flipping Polly Pockets if its Tootie's turn to choose)read a couple of books and watch the 70's show reruns before bed.
Yes my house would be enuff to drive some people batty, but it does get cleaned at least once a week, maybe not all at the same time, but each room gets a once over in its turn.\
I want my kid to remember the fun she had growing up, not the clean house she lived in.
You're so right too.
The house can always wait .. but the kids, their memories .. special times indeed.
As they get older, you'll find yourself with plenty of time to clean.

Funny how quickly it gets dirty but takes a bit longer to clean :)
