do i remember b-day partysas a kid....when i was really young. i did have a few friends over to my parents cottage at 16. no party just a sleep over.

do you like surprise parties...i have been to a few and they were fun.

has anyone ever forgotten your bday.....dhs whole family, dh once and the kids.

what is the best b-day gift i have ever gotten.....roses from my dh

do you look forward to you bday or dread it....mostly dread it.it has never been a great day for me. this year it falls on canadian thankgiving again. we are usually expected to be at the inlaws that day(which can be hell enough.).nobody remembers it.they remember my sil two days berfore and buy her stuff. I get to watch her open hers.being it is on the holidays i dont here from my one son. his girlfriends fam has to have all the holidays.

would be great if just once some one brought me a cake.

Well a sleep over is kind of like a party though .. better than nothing.
Hopefully as a young child you did have some fun parties.

i dont know if you would call it a surprise party, but i have invited guests over to see a long lost friend. it was a surprise to her.

dh and my son(who will be 18) have bdays at the end of the month.i want to have a party for them then.we will see what happens.

Yes I did but can't say I recall too many of them :::blush:::

No, and had made sure DH never threw me one, LOL
I did throw one for DH though ..
He loved it and was quite surprised!
